Privacy policy
This policy covers the public anti.support landing page. It does not cover the customer application, which has its own notice.

Anti Support operates the public landing page at anti.support and is the controller for the measurement described here. Write to [email protected] for any question about this policy or about your data.
What this page measures
Page views, the language and country you select, which example case you open and which main button you activate. We also receive the country that Cloudflare resolves from your connection and keep it in a first-party cookie for one day, so the page knows whether your jurisdiction requires a choice before anything is measured.
What this page never collects
The landing asks for no account, no email address, no case details and no payment information, and it sends no message to any company. It runs no advertising, no profiling and no cross-site tracking, and it never asks for advertising consent because no advertising feature is used.
Who processes the data
The landing measures page views and interactions with Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.), whose data is stored in the European Union. Measurement happens only as described in the section about your choice below. Cloudflare, Inc. terminates the encrypted connection, filters abusive traffic and supplies the country signal. These providers act only on our instructions.
Why we may do this, and your choice
Where your jurisdiction requires it, measurement begins only after you accept, and refusing leaves you unmeasured. Everywhere else we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether this page is useful. Accepting or refusing never changes your access to the page, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings control.
How long we keep it
Mixpanel events are kept for 12 months, as configured in our project. The jurisdiction cookie expires after one day, a stored choice after 180 days, a language choice after one year, and the Mixpanel cookie, which is set only after you accept, expires after one year. Withdrawing your choice deletes it.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for correction or erasure, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw a consent choice at any time using the privacy settings control on the landing page. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of your country.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the measurement changes. The date above identifies the current revision.
